Meeting Room Rentals
The Claremont Chamber of Commerce is proud to offer two professional spaces available for rent during business hours: a spacious board room and a more intimate private meeting room. These rooms are open to both Chamber members and non-members, with special discounted rates available for our valued members.
Rental hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. After-hours and weekend reservations may be available for an additional fee, based on availability. Set-up and break-down time is included in your reserved timeframe to help you plan with ease.
To confirm your reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking. Please note that all room rental fees are non-refundable.

- Members: $75/hour
- Non-members: $125/hour
- Full Day (4+ hrs)

Private Meeting Room
- Member Rate: $45/hour
- Non-members: $75/hour
Additional Services
- AV Equipment Rental: $25 per session
- Coffee & Refreshments: $50 per session
- Cleaning Fee (if applicable): $100
Chamber Ambassadors and Board Members receive 20% off all bookings.
Booking Guidelines
- A minimum of 7 business days' notice is required for weekday bookings.
- After-hours and weekend bookings require at least 14 business days’ notice.
- Full payment is due upon booking your event.
- All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation by Chamber staff.
Room Use Guidelines
To help ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please take note of the following:
- Technology: Complimentary Wi-Fi and a presentation display are included with your rental. Please bring your own laptop. Our AV setup supports PowerPoint, Excel, and Windows Media Files only.
- Food & Beverages: You’re welcome to bring food into the space. For drinks, we kindly ask that only pre-packaged beverages (such as bottled water or canned sodas) be served.
- Clean-Up: We ask that you return the room to its original condition after use. This includes removing all trash and placing it in the outside receptacle. A cleaning fee may apply if additional cleanup is required.
- Usage Policies:
- No alcohol is permitted.
- These spaces are intended for professional meetings only—no private parties, please.
- Thermostat settings are pre-set and cannot be adjusted during your use.
- Guests and hosts are responsible for any damage, lost items, or inappropriate conduct.
